This was one of the many reasons Melissa and I decided to create the Healthy Mama, Happy Baby program. We wanted to offer women a safe place to educate themselves without feeling overwhelmed. We wanted to provide facts and allow moms to make their own decision. Because when it comes to all things motherhood, you know what’s best for you. This is a guide to healthy conception, pregnancy, and postpartum, focused on empowering women thirty and older. This book includes a 12-week preconception fertility detox and a postpartum plan to rebalance hormones. I love their food as medicine approach and options for using homeopathy to alleviate common pregnancy complaints. One of the authors, Willow, was actually my doula with Leo!
